The UBS100 is designed with a non-sparking explosion-proof structure, making it suitable for installation in areas dealing with gases and vapors, such as semiconductor manufacturing facilities, general workplaces, and plants.
It is constructed with a stainless steel exterior to ensure durability even in harsh environments, and it uses coated cables to enhance quality.
The device operates on the principle of a bimetal strip, which utilizes the difference in thermal expansion coefficients between two metals. As the metals expand or contract with temperature changes, the bimetal strip activates the contact points. When the ambient temperature reaches a certain level, the built-in contact is shorted, sending a signal.
